Your customers call support straight from the browser.
One link per product. Customers fill in a short form, wait in a live queue, and an agent takes them into a 1:1 voice call. No login, no app to install, no office phone line.
For your customers
Customers only open a link. Everything runs in the browser on their phone or laptop.
-
1
Open the product link
Each product has its own address, for example /your-product. A closed link does not open.
-
2
Fill in a short form
Name, phone or WhatsApp number, and a description of the issue. The form also shows whether an agent is available.
-
3
Wait in a live queue
The waiting page shows the queue position in real time. Each customer sees only their own position.
-
4
Answer the call
When an agent is ready, the page rings and shows an Answer button. The customer allows the microphone and the call starts.
For your agents: one desk for every queue
A queue with context
Agents see who is waiting, for which product, and what the issue is before they take the call. Waiting time updates live.
Take the next caller
One click to call. Connection and reconnecting status stay visible during the call.
Record the outcome
After the call, the agent records an outcome: resolved, unresolved, or follow-up, with an optional note. Ticket history is kept.
WhatsApp fallback
Each caller has a WhatsApp link on the desk, for when a call fails or the caller misses the ring.
Notifications and availability
Agents can install qdesk as an app, get push notifications when a new caller joins, and set themselves as available.
Passkey login
Agents log in with a passkey. There is no password to leak or guess.
Private by design
Every call is between one caller and one agent. No caller can see, hear, or join another caller's call. Audio goes through Cloudflare RealtimeKit, not through our server.
A fair queue
If a caller does not answer within 60 seconds, they move 3 places back. After 3 misses, the request is marked as missed and leaves the queue, so the queue never gets stuck.
